  • Are there any special care instructions?
    FOLLOW THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT

    Care instructions are included on the product page as well as located on the product label inside of most products. We recommend following these instructions in order to maximize the product’s performance and lifespan.
  • Where are your products made?
    All of our products are designed at our headquarters in Los Angeles, but they are currently manufactured in China. Quality is our absolute top priority. We are unwilling to compromise the integrity of our products in exchange for country of origin. Location will always be a consideration when selecting factories. However, our focus will remain on finding manufacturers that have socially responsible practices, the most skilled workers, advanced machinery, and technical expertise.

  • Where do you ship?
    We ship URBANE RITUAL products to anywhere within the United States.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer free ground shipping via UPS on all domestic US orders that total or are greater than $75 after discounts and before taxes. If your order total is over $75 but your discount code brings the total below $75, this order will not qualify for free shipping. We offer standard UPS shipping at a flat rate of $9.95 for all US orders under $75. Should you experience any issues, please contact our customer service team at support@urbaneritual.com for assistance.
  • How long will it take for my package to arrive?
    DOMESTIC

    As soon as you make an URBANE RITUAL purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to get your products delivered as soon as possible. Ground orders can take up to 1-2 business days to be packed and shipped. Orders are shipped through UPS; express options are available for additional fees. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. All URBANE RITUAL orders ship from Southern California. Once shipped, ground shipments can take as little as 4-5 days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to locations on the East Coast. For 2-day shipments, the shipping timeframe is 2-3 business days from the shipment date. For 3-day shipments, the shipping timeframe is 3-4 business days from the shipment date. US Federal Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframes, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.

    INTERNATIONAL

    URBANE RITUAL ships to anywhere within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

    All orders will ship out with the requested shipping method, however, please allow for additional time for processing due to high volume.
  • What is your return policy?
    URBANE RITUAL products can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after date of purchase for a full refund, providing the item is non-sale, unworn, in its original condition, with tags still attached. Please email us at support@urbaneritual.com to complete your return. Any marked down items can only be exchanged for equal value items / store credit and cannot be returned for refund, including items marked down during select holiday sales. All items marked as Final Sale are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • How do I make a return or exchange?
    US RETURNS / EXCHANGES

    If you would like to return or exchange an item, please visit +SHIPPING + RETURNS to initiate the request. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back, including any fees that may apply. We encourage you to use a carrier that provides a tracking number. Without this, we can’t honor a refund or exchange on a missing package.

    Once your return is processed, you will be sent an email notifying you that your return has been completed. Most returns are processed within one week of being received. Exchanges and store credit should post to your account within 1-5 business days after processing.

  • How do I update my URBANE RITUAL account password or email?

  • What is included in the Manufacturing Guarantee? Are there any exceptions?
    URBANE RITUAL offers customers a guarantee that our products will stand up to the rigors for which they were intended. All URBANE RITUAL products are backed by a manufacturing warranty, which we extend to the original owner in order to safeguard against any and all defects in workmanship and material.

    Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, no piece of clothing can, or ever will, last forever. Over time fabrics eventually break down, seams burst, and moving parts jam. Therefore, our manufacturing warranty applies only to a reasonable expectation of the product’s lifetime. This period of time is different for each product and is subject to our discretion.

    Damages due to normal wear and tear, such as rips, tears, abrasions, UV degradation, misuse, neglect, or natural breakdown of materials over time, are in no way covered under this warranty.

    IF YOUR DAMAGE FALLS IN ONE OF THE BELOW “NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR” CATEGORIES, IT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPAIR/REPLACEMENT.

    • Neglect of care instruction
    • Damage from a pet or animal
    • Odor
    • Burns: (cigarette, bonfire, etc.)
    • Fading from sunlight
    • Fabric stressed beyond intended use
    • Fabric wear over time
    • Human error
    • Snag, scrapes, holes caused by owner
    • Unauthorized repairs made
    • Used outside of the intended use
    • Contact with other fabrics
    • Issues with fit over time

    However, if you truly suspect that a product has failed prematurely due to poor workmanship or a defect in materials used, then we encourage you to submit it to our customer service team for review. Your request will be inspected by our Quality Control department to determine if a replacement or repair will take place. You will be notified with a decision as soon as your case is reviewed. Replacements and/or repairs are at our discretion. Please note, if a repair is not possible, we do not return garments submitted for warranty.

    If you have a warranty claim on an item that is out of stock, you will be eligible for store credit in the amount of the item’s current price.

    Customers are responsible for shipping items to URBANE RITUAL for warranty evaluation. California State law requires that all items being submitted for review be cleaned, in accordance with the product’s wash instructions, before being sent. Our customer service team sincerely appreciates your cooperation. If it is determined that your product needs to be cleaned upon arrival, it will be returned to you.

    Our typical turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks from the time we receive your product until it is returned to you. In rare cases, this process may take longer. For further questions, please contact

  • How do you pronounce “URBANE?”
    URBANE is pronounced “ûr-bān”. In case you were wondering, URBANE as an adjective is to be suave, courteous, polished, cultured, sophisticated and refined in manner.

  • Where are your retail stores?
    We have retail affiliate stores in select Southern California and Southern Florida locations.
  • Do you offer a Military or Service Discount?
    Yes, we offer a 15% discount on URBANE RITUAL items for members of the US military, law enforcement, and firefighters. If you are interested in taking advantage of this, please email support@urbaneritual.com with a copy of your service ID, and we will provide you with an individual code good for one year as thanks for your service.
